We can deliver to Manhattan addresses only.
A delivery charge of $25.00 is payable for deliveries made from Monday – Saturday.
Our deliveries are carried out by a third party courier and are made between 9am and 5pm. unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee specific time slots although we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Please leave a special instruction as to what our courier should do if the recipient is out, e.g. “Leave with a neighbor” or “Leave in porch”. If the courier is unable to deliver, he will leave a note at the recipients address and take the flowers / goods back to our store.
Flowers sent to hospitals, military bases and business addresses will be delivered to a main reception or mailing room prior to internal distribution. We recommend that flowers sent to these locations be requested for delivery on a weekday and not on a Saturday. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses.
Please ensure that you enter full and accurate details, including the address and the Zip code, of the recipient. We cannot be responsible for any orders which are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information being supplied.
